We thought it might be fun to spin a globe and drop a finger. Wherever that finger lands, a recipe is found, and we’d test it out. With the internet surpassing physical globes in popularity, as well as commodity, why not click a button to have some really interesting and exciting options from around the globe pop up at random.
Where we differ from many blogs and recipe sources, is that we adhere to the mindset of being strictly amateur. Sure, we know our way around the kitchen. However, neither of us is formally trained, and our fair hamlet in Wisconsin may limit our ability to source some exotic ingredients. But, as they say, a smooth sea never made a skillful sailor, so therein lies the adventure.
